CANCELLATION POLICY
OmniaPiel’s cancellation policy applies to all appointments whether it is a follow-up, consultation, or treatment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule please call our office 96 hours prior to the date and time of your appointment. Otherwise, a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact the front desk at your desired location to schedule a new appointment. The cancellation policy is applicable 7 days a week. If the appointment is not confirmed via automated text/email link, the appointment will automatically be canceled and a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file. This policy is enforced for all appointments, including follow-ups, and will apply to no-shows.
GRACE PERIOD
OmniaPiel enforces a 10 minute grace period to all of our clients. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is our office policy that it is up to the practitioner’s availability to honor that appointment or to reschedule at a later date. In the event that your service can not be provided, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be enforced.
