Dawn, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate, brings her experience from cardiac step-down, preoperative, and post-anesthesia care to her role in aesthetics, inspired by her personal journey with acne. Trained under Lauren for four years, she specializes in safe, natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s needs. Currently in residency at Omniapiel’s Costa Mesa office, Dawn creates a welcoming environment and shares Omniapiel’s mission of helping patients feel “at home in their skin” through inclusive, naturally driven care.

Precious earned her MSN from the University of San Francisco, Orange County, and began her career as a clinical research nurse. Her passion for skincare and non-invasive treatments led her to OmniaPiel, where she was inspired by the positive impact on patients and results that enhance natural features. At OmniaPiel, Precious is dedicated to providing patient-centered, culturally competent care, helping clients feel authentically themselves through thoughtful skincare and facial balancing treatments. Aline Bechara, BSN, RN, brings eight years of critical care experience from UC Irvine’s Surgical Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for critically ill patients and trained new graduates. Her path into aesthetics began as a patient at OmniaPiel, where she was inspired by their commitment to safe, natural results. After joining the OmniaPiel Mentorship Program, Aline connected deeply with Lauren and the team’s compassionate approach. Now an aesthetic injector, she is dedicated to helping patients feel their best, prioritizing individualized and natural enhancements.

Meet Allison, OmniaPiel’s Office Manager, who oversees operations at both locations. Starting as a Patient Coordinator nearly two years ago, Allison rose to her role with a passion for fostering empowering spaces where women feel confident and celebrated. Her dedication to a positive atmosphere shines through in all she does. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and freelances in hair and makeup.
