Deposit/Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments, regardless of whether the appointment is made over the phone, online, or in person. All patients must keep a credit card on file for future bookings. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment, provided you follow our 96-hour confirmation and cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made outside of our 96-hour cancellation window or if no-showed. The deposit amount will be verbalized and confirmed when booking to ensure clarity and transparency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
OmniaPiel’s cancellation policy applies to all appointments whether it is a in-office follow up, consultation, or treatment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule please call our office within 96-hours prior to the date and time of your appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact the front desk at your desired location to schedule a new appointment. The cancellation policy is applicable 7 days a week. If an appointment is left unconfirmed through the automated text or email link, it will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies to all appointments except in-office follow-up appointments and series treatments. For these deposit-exempt appointments, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply if they are left unconfirmed, canceled, or rescheduled outside the 96-hour cancellation window.
GRACE PERIOD
OmniaPiel enforces a 10 minute grace period to all of our clients. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is our office policy that it is up to the practitioner's availability to honor that appointment or to reschedule at a later date. In the event that your service can not be provided, our late cancellation policy will be enforced, and deposit will be forfeited.
