Zenoti Online Booking:
● How can I book an online appointment?
To book an appointment, please visit our webstore at OmniaPiel.zenoti.com or navigate to our homepage and select “Book Now.” From there, you will create a profile and choose your desired treatment. Once your appointment is reserved, a member of our front desk team will follow up to coordinate your required Good Faith Exam.
● What is the GFE and how do I schedule?
The GFE or good faith exam is our screening process for new patients who are interested in treatments but need to be deemed appropriate by our medical director or NPs
● What if I don't know what treatment to book for?
If you’re unsure which treatment is best suited for you, we recommend booking a consultation. During your visit, your provider will perform a comprehensive assessment and curate a personalized treatment plan aligned with your goals.
● Why do I have to leave a deposit?
We require a deposit to secure your appointment and ensure that your time is reserved just for you. This deposit replaces our previous cancellation policy and helps us maintain availability for committed patients.
● Do I lose my deposit if I reschedule?
If you reschedule your appointment more than 72 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be fully applied to the new date. However, if the reschedule request is made within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
● In what case do I lose my deposit completely?
Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not confirm, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment. Any changes made within this 72-hour window will result in a loss of the deposit.

At Omniapiel, we are committed to helping you achieve the best possible results and providing honest, personalized recommendations at every step. Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual responses can vary based on factors unique to each patient.
All services provided at Omniapiel fall within the practice of medical aesthetics. While we strive for optimal outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Payments made are therefore applied to the treatments performed, rather than to any particular outcome.
