Zenoti Online Booking:
● How can I book an online appointment?
Provide Zenoti online booking link, give general overview of what to do and answer any questions the patient may have at that time
● What is the GFE and how do I schedule?
The GFE or good faith exam is our screening process for new patients who are interested in treatments but need to be deemed appropriate by our medical director or NPs
● What if I don't know what treatment to book for?
Suggest starting with a consultation which can help educate and guide them
● I know I want a treatment but don't know WHAT specifically, what should I do?
Inquire about areas of interest and discern between a skin concern or filler interest
Once that's established, guide them towards the best option.
For ex: if they say lips but also need a consult, direct them to The OP Mini
● Why do I have to leave a deposit?
We require a deposit to secure your appointment and ensure that your time is reserved just for you. This deposit replaces our previous cancellation policy and helps us maintain availability for committed patients.
● Do I lose my deposit if I reschedule?
If you reschedule your appointment more than 96 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be fully applied to the new date. However, if the reschedule request is made within 96 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
● In what case do I lose my deposit completely?
Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not confirm, cancel, or reschedule at least 96 hours before your appointment. Any changes made within this 96-hour window will result in a loss of the deposit.
